Hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana, Lakita Horton Davis is a natural born creative with a Cajun vibe and a southern flair. She credits her working style to her diverse cultural interactions, outside the box creativity, and relationships with her friends and family. She attended Alabama State University where she received her BA in Graphic Design and holds a BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design.
Lakita’s vision has always been to use her passion for design to strategically create and execute without limitations. Out of that passion came the desire to help others bring their own visions to life by forming the Brand Museum (formerly Horton Design), a millennial female led graphic design company committed to offering authentic designs from a unique perspective.
Lakita’s passion is translating intangible visions to concrete images by using a series of multi dimensions, sometimes illusionary concepts and occasional bold, radical schemes. From branding to digital marketing and web design, Lakita will work until she delivers excellence.
